Updated the default cloud model from gemini-3.1-pro-preview to gemini-3.1-pro-preview. This gives access to the latest Gemini capabilities when WebGPU is unavailable.
The model selector UI has been updated to reflect this change, showing "Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview" instead of the previous version.
